Senior Bids Writer - Data Centres - Dublin

We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing European contractor delivering world-class data centre and high-tech projects across the Nordics and Western Europe. They have played key roles in delivering some of Europe’s most impressive Data Centre projects to date and are now looking to further expand their team with an experienced Senior Bids Writer in Dublin.

Responsibilities

Bid and Proposal Development
Lead the preparation, writing, and editing of technical and non-technical content for pre-qualifications (PQQs), tenders, and client proposals, ensuring submissions are accurate, engaging, and fully aligned with client requirements.
Coordination with Technical Teams
Work closely with estimating, design, MEP, construction, and project management teams to gather and interpret technical input, transforming it into clear, persuasive written content.
Content Strategy and Management
Develop and maintain a central library of bid materials, case studies, and project profiles to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and quality across all submissions.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Ensure all bids adhere to submission requirements, internal governance procedures, and corporate branding standards, conducting reviews and edits for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
Storyboarding and Win Themes
Collaborate with bid managers and senior leadership to define win strategies, key messages, and differentiators that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance bid quality and efficiency by refining templates, improving internal collaboration, and capturing lessons learnt from previous submissions.

Requirements

Must have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin

Benefits

€70,000 - €90,000 + Benefits
